And the Winner Is…
Our Ambrosia Apple Chef of the Year Contest has come to a close and we have two big winners. Congratulations to Shaun from Shawnigan Lake, BC! His name was randomly selected from almost 13,000 entries! As the lucky winner, he’ll be enjoying a 3-day getaway in Osoyoos. Enjoy yourself, Shaun.
But, you’re probably wondering if your favourite recipe was also the crowd favourite. If you picked the Ambrosia Apple Tart Tartin by Alessandro Vianello of Wildebeest Restaurant, then, YES! Alessandro’s delicious desert garnered the most votes which means Chef Alessandro is our Ambrosia Apple Chef of the Year. If you want to give his winning recipe a try, you can find it (and the three other contenders) HERE.
Speaking of the other contenders, we want to thank all of our chefs for their contributions. And, we want to thank all of you for your votes. Stay tuned for more contests in the future.
