Winter Comfort Food – Spicy Soup Recipe

There’s nothing quite like a hot bowl of soup on a cold night. This Spicy Peanut and Ambrosia Apple soup will definitely warm you up. It’s based on a traditional African recipe but we’ve added a Canadian flare by incorporating Ambrosia apples. The result is nutty and sweet with a spicy kick from hot peppers. Plus, it’s easy to make as we demonstrate in this video recipe.
