Chef Adair Scott Named Ambrosia Apple Chef of the Year

Ambrosia Apple Fans Loved his Recipe the Most

Chef Adair ScottFor the past two months, Ambrosia apple fans have been testing out recipes crafted by award-winning Okanagan chefs. Fans were tasked with picking their favourite. After counting more than 10,000 votes, we have a winner: the Ambrosia Apple Fritter with Salted Caramel recipe from Chef Adair Scott of Watermark Beach Resort. We’re thrilled to hand him the crown of Ambrosia Apple Chef of the Year.

We can’t thank our participating chefs enough as we will continue to enjoy the winning recipe as well as the Ambrosia Risotto recipe from chef Beth Ross, the Roasted Ambrosia and Squash Soup from Chef Mark Filatow and the delicious Ambrosia Apple Carrot Cake from Chef Chris Van Hooydonk.

Chef Adair wasn’t the only winner in this contest. Everyone who voted was given a chance to win a spring getaway to the Okanagan. This grand prize includes a 3 night stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna, BC, dinner at Oak+Cru (located in the hotel), a wine tour and $500 spending money.

The lucky winner is Brian Bitz from Saskatoon.
