There are many recipes that include Ambrosia apples. This year, we are heading into the test kitchen and developing some unique creations. We’ll report on the results of experimentation, include the recipes, and deliver the final verdict. Our first experiment is a Savoury Ambrosia Apple Bread Pudding, which really was quite delicious. This is a favourite topic that started with a group of friends cooking remotely at the beginning of the pandemic.
