This super simple but elegant recipe calls for dried Ambrosia apples, fresh thyme and garlic, spicy Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs and a fresh cut of pork loin. Chef Michael walks us through each step, from preparing your pork loin, to creating the crust to the two step cooking technique.
